its pretty fooken difficult to use/change graphics cards on a laptop. most of the time they're cut and fitted to work on that specific model.

what you'd probably have to do is legit just buy a barebones metal PC and get the basics then hook it up to the laptop. not really wurf imo.

i have no ideas what the other people are saying but here let me just clear it up. You can get an external GPU for your laptop (not all laptops but somewhat newish laptops should all be fine) and all it does is just in a way attach a desktop gpu for more performance. It's not hard at all to make it work with the laptop unless you try to directly plug it in (which i probably wouldn't do, i would save up some money and buy a external gpu with a gaming box to make it a lot more simple) Honestly just going to be honest even if you got a pretty good GPU it will probably not help with much of the stuttering because you are using ddr3 ram and also the cpu will not hold up well with pretty much most AAA games. I would recommend just saving up for a laptop that can actually run more games first.

---

Even if you ignore my previous message I would think a 1050ti is enough for most games but since you are at a 350$ budget i would initially go for a 1050 but i would really recommend upgrading the whole laptop. (Gaming boxes usually cost a bit more but the regular price of a 1050 would be around the 130ish range)
He plays Warframe, lol AND csgo. How much should he spend and how much should he upgrade? Feel free to PM me and ty

It is possible, but you need to open it up and use some sketchy chinese shit in it. I think there is a few vids on it on Yt, it is possible though
I'll use a USB 3.0 to PCI x16 to use it

I'm fairly sure you can build a dirt cheap computer for $350 buying parts on sale or used with a ryzen 2200g that can outperform the laptop. Using an external gpu is a waste, and that money is way better spent on a full system that you can game on.

I wouldn't recommend using a USB 3.0 for it, I believe that it is a bottleneck if not thunderbolt 3. My advice would be to buy the Chinese stuff that hooks up to the PCI slot inside your laptop, replacing the wifi card. Pretty ghetto, but gets the job done.
