Hey! I never actually got around to finishing the buycraft but I do have a google document that has the plans for each kit and permissions.

Also with the Discord with Developer License I was under the impression a developer license is tied to an account not a server.

Hello! So yes you're correct on the Developers License in some sense but you can transfer accounts which will be the best option and the $150 is for the buycraft theme alone. Seen here...

It can be either as there is really no actual in game files and you can use VirtualChests for the GUI and NPCs but I was going to use it as Reforged

Just wanted to let anyone else know who's interested that I have paid for the server (transaction hasn't completed as OP is at work atm and unable to send files). In case anyone else was interested and waiting for a response :)
