ExtraXP

This plugin allows you to give players extra XP when they pickup XP.

The config allows you to set a multiplier of XP for players who have the permission "extraxp.enable".

Only tested on 1.9 but due to simplicity it will work on most versions.

To install: Just add the jar to your server and reload/restart then edit the config to your liking.
