Extreme Server Lag

Could anyone help tell me what I could do stop server lag. I've talked to my hosting provider but I can't remove the plugins since they're essential to the server.

Using the premium plan, 5GB from bisecthosting

If I were to switch hosts would they be able to handle the server load.

Try downloading "PTweaks" from bukkit, it helped me.

Any way to fix the problem without removing the parkour plugin which is an essential part to our parkour server?

Or use a better host.. I recommend MineSpan and FadeHost. I get 0 server lag and I use both FadeHost and MineSpan and i have at times over 20 players online and there is mine bombs and explosion picks and there is little to no lag.
