Preferences:
- Not working with other service teams (it's fine if you are as long as you're active)

- Experience and a portfolio
We would love developers with different tiers of quality -- a simple developer, an advanced developer, and experienced developers

- Create Minecraft Mods
- Create Minecraft Clients
