Seems very expensive, especially due to the fact that it could be used for barely anything.. I mean, yea, it looks good.. but what would it be used for!

Also, what is the size?

It can be used for a lot of things actually it can be used as a pirate themed spawn or used in a map and let me go fetch the dimensions real fast also the price is very reasonable for the amount of detail and size of the build

Pirate themed spawn? That would sure be a pain in the ass to use as a spawn, because players would have to talk through hella amounts of water just to get to the wilderness.

Whoever buys it can change it ;p also i cant really measure the size of it rn either because of how big it is and im quite busy right now if you want to come on and see it pm me also it could be used as a gui spawn just using a gui to teleport around.
