I'm selling my factions server, reason being I'm beginning a new business venture that leaves me with very little time to run my own server, along with other business related complications.
The server itself is completely fantastic, with great player retention, though my fault was that I had never put enough money into advertising. I'm sure with an investment you'd be able to flip it and really make a huge profit.
I've set the BIN at $300 for the following reasons:

• The server is extremely well setup with dozens of custom plugins and zero maintenance, all you need to do is give it exposure and players will come easily.
• The Buycraft store has a very well setup store aimed directly at maximum monetization from players.
• This will come with my account at a certain host, I currently have an amazing lifetime deal with them at $79/month for a [email protected] + 40gbp/s ddos prot, 256gb ssd, and 16gb ram. This normally costs $403/month. The rest of this month is also fully paid for.
• The website is on registered XenForo, I will not be transferring this license but your use of it is still allowed.
• Along with the custom plugins, there is a custom web theme, XenForo theme, Buycraft theme, finished graphics and art, and everything else you would ever need for a production server.
• I will be able to provide assistance for a week after purchase of the server to oversee the transition and be sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
• I'm a fairly highly vouched user on MCM and in the Minecraft community, this is a serious trade from a trusted member.

This is also one of the spawns that was never leaked, so it's nearly impossible to find a copy of this exact spawn online somewhere, seeing as it was used for a short time.

Sorry I dont see anything special about the server but the raiding/pvp mechanics.

P.S all the premium spigot plugins will dissapear too like bargamble and autoinventory. Dont see why this server is worth 1000$. Made my server not more than for 150$ and it is more unique than your server, plus the spawn looks like simple worldedit with random wool combinations added. Your custom terrain is terraincontrol done by a guy that sells his maps for 20$ to anyone, so nothing unique. If I wanted those raiding/pvp mechanics I would pay 50$ for a dev.

So all together: Spawn = 15$, Buycraft = 5$, Website all togethter = 30$, Setup = 50$, Custom plugins = 50$. All together around 150$. Sorry if that is not what you expected but the people are only paying for the setup, 0 playerbase what so ever. Also those signs at spawn and all these chat messages are so out of place.

I review the server for around 10 minutes and thats what I can say about it.

May I ask how much did it cost you to buy those vouches from well-known mc-market members?

Ok so. Review it a bit more. The setup is worth 50$ as I mentioned above but around 25$. Oh yeah. The dedicated box for 79$/mo. could be worth buying the server for 500$ if what you stated above is true.

What makes you think I would buy vouches from members? I happen to be fairly reputable on MCMarket, as an ex-admin and also a prominent member of the community existing outside of MCMarket. Hate to break it to you but I've never heard of you, and right now I could care less to spend any more time typing a reply to you. The server is worth what the buyers think it is. The BIN is $1k, that is not an absolute price.

Bumpity bump, I've taken the website offline, though all of the files are still here waiting to be started up. If you want to see the site in action message me.

Players love all of the features and the player retention on their factions server has had a great improvement after this solid setup.
