Do you have any experience in managing?
Have you had any past staff experience? I am very experienced and do not make silly mistakes and can stay professional. I have worked on several servers and have had a variation of positions on different sized servers.
From this you can see I'm a good staff member and a very good person at screen sharing and taking care off stuff calmly.

What can you bring to PurePots?
I think I am a very worthy candidate and should be chosen to become a staff member, overall I am an outgoing guy who is really chill and loves to connect with players and at the same time act professionally and help out the server, I think I set a positive role model and always show the rules and not a negative example. I'm not toxic and hardly ever lose patience and have outbursts, I have a very strong mind-set and can set myself targets and this is what I want to do. overall I think I'm the right person for the job because of my qualities, personality and experience. Here are some of the qualities I think I have:

Communication:
I have TeamSpeak on my IPad and computer and i have a very clear voice.

Mutual Respect:
I have a mutual respect for everyone including players and people I do not like. I'm nice to staff members and never raise my voice to them I treat them like family.

Failure:
I hardly mistakes but when I do I always learn from them and make sure they don't happen again, but i don't make that many mistakes I'm a very intelligent person and like to get to the bottom off things.

Patience:
I never rush staff members or players because it can rush them and make them not do it correctly i have a lot off spare time on my hands so I'm willing to wait around a very long time, I have patience and never rush into things also.

Mature:
I'm a very mature person I never tell lies to staff or other players I'm a nice person and nice to staff members and have played here a long time I help people in chat and talk to people in the TeamSpeak and never raise my voice to them even if I don't like them.

Respect:
have a mutual respect for everyone including players and people I do not like. I always listen to everyone's opinion and do not judge people, I always respect someone no matter how rude or immature they are as I know as a staff member I have to be a role model and show players how to act, I know for a fact if you do not have respect as a staff member you will quite quickly get a name for yourself and most likely get demoted for this.

Can you record? Yes I can I have bandicam and I will record all my bans and anything what happens and its not laggy when I record.

Do you have a Microphone? Yes I have a razor microphone.

What do we expect from a Helper?
What you need is a active player and who can run the server correctly, I'm that person who can do that I can screen share and sort stuff out professionally without causing arguments and you also need a staff member who tps to people fast that's me and also you need someone who sorts the TeamSpeak out because I'm pretty sure there will be a lot off people waiting, you also need a active member on forums which I can do and if you need me on for any staff meetings or conquest eotw and sotw ill be there!

I can also screen share people, I am very confident at screen sharing and can find a lot off clients and ghost clients I also have a screen sharing tool to help me if I get stuck while screen sharing someone but I'm pretty sure I wont need it I know how to do it all and you can even test me in TeamSpeak if I get the part. And I can screen share people this a MAC computer.

I know I am the right person for the job and with all my qualities and experience I want to make Purge Pots a better place. With my strong connection to the community as I a am a player on Purge Pots to enables me to have a new point of view when I'm screen sharing or assisting a player in TeamSpeak as I the most common lies people use in support rooms to get revived. I have been apart of Purge Pots for a long time now and what to have an affect on how it grows, I love playing the server and talking to the community and think I am right for the job.

What do we expect from you?
Not to abuse, to be active and help people in chat and to help people in TeamSpeak, I'm very active so that means I can help out a lot that's a good thing you also expect me to know how to screen share people which I do and you probably expect me to know all the commands which I do as you can tell from the servers I've been staff on.
I'm a very mature person and nice to members and nice to staff members even if I don't like them but I like them all, I'm a good player I do my work professionally and set a example and if someone spams chat they will be muted and ill keep a eye on the TeamSpeak just in case anyone needs help and ill be looking for hackers.

In conclusion I am applying for Helper because I know I have what it takes to help the community and make it a fun safe place for anyone of any age to come on and have fun.
