EzRanksPro and PermissionsEX config

Hi.
I'm looking for persona that could config theese two op type plugins EzRanksPro and PermissionsEX config fails to their both work well together with no issuses.
I tried config they both - no results, I can't. I serach on youtube how to do it and then tried my self - nothing. RanksPro just saying: No rankups for currect rankp... bla bla bla. I create rankups and groups in the pex and gave right permissions nodes and so on - no results.
Looking for person who may help. If you can config theese two files, then write me on skype: semikortess Will be paid!

I never said I was the best? I simply asked if he wants a better Config let me know.

You can't offer a "better" config if you dont know the current..

Better than what?
