EZRanksPro Skipping a Rank

Hi all, I'm using EZRanksPro.

Essentially when you get to the second rank and type /rankup, it skips 3 ranks and shows you the possibility of ranking up to a rank that shouldn't be available yet.

I need assistance with this, please help as soon as possible, by adding me on Discord - Tofty#3268 - or replying here.

EZrankspro permissions are case sensitive. Might do some random stuff of you don't exactly copy the roles and stuff. Have you taken care of this yet?

Thanks, but it all seems fine on the permissions front. Still haven't managed to fix this.
