/f perm plugin & /f access

*** F PERMS GUI ***

Hi, I am currently looking for a /fperms plugin for FactionsUUID, this would include a gui when you use /fperms and have a selection to change perms for either members or moderators, I am either looking for a developer to create me one from scratch or a premade one that anyone else has, if it is a premade one then please contact me with all of the permissions it includes, thanks.

The current price I am looking to pay for this is $5 (negotiable)

I would like the layout to be as follows;

Faction Permissions GUI:
Member Permissions (click to go to the member perm gui)
Moderator Permissions (click to go to the moderator perm gui)

Member Permissions GUI
Teleport to the Faction home (/f home)
Use Faction warps (/f warp)
Place blocks
Break blocks

Moderator Permissions GUI
Set the Faction home (/f sethome)
Change relations with other Factions (/f neutral, /f enemy, /f ally, /f truce)
Change the Faction name (/f tag, /f rename)
Warp management (set and delete faction warps - /f setwarp, /f delwarp)
Invite management (/f invite and /f kick)
Owner claim
Unclaim all

I could do this in Skript, if you want. Plugin would obviously be better, but thought I'd offer.
