F Shield Plugin

Hey, I'm looking for someone that's able to make me an F Shield Plugin. If you don't know what F Shield is then I do rather not want you to make it.

FEATURES IT NEEDS:
- Factions must NOT be able to change their Faction Shield again once they set it. So a cooldown for the whole map, they get to choose their F Shield times once each map.

- Disable Explosions in the faction territory if their F Shield is on.

- F Shield will be set to EST Timezone.

- Only the faction leader will be able to set the /f shield for the map.

- Must be working with SavageFactions.
