F Upgrade plugin

Hello, I am requesting for a plugin to made which would include the following,
It will have a GUI (Example: https://gyazo.com/7d39ee0e9c152024f6845015e0da8b66) which will bring up a menu with upgrades when you use /f upgrade .

The items with lore will be customizable along with price increments in a config, but the level of the upgrade should change automatically when a faction upgrades it along with next price. (Example: https://gyazo.com/d6716bb17213565a443e280cf240c5bd) The upgrades will be lost if a faction disbands.

Features in the f upgrade menu: Faction power increase, Faction player limit increase, Ally limit increase, f warp limit increase, and a upgrade for how fast spawners spawn mobs in the factions claims.

Plugins to use with it: FactionsUUID, Vault, and running PaperSpigot 1.8.8.

Unless you have a good enough REP (I understand I have none myself) I would like to keep the conversation on MCM and would like to see the plugin running on a server if possible before I pay for it.
