Greetings! I’m making this post on behalf of the management team at ValiantMC.org. We are a newly developed server that’s looking to make pvp as unique as possible. So, you might be asking yourself “What is Valiant??”. Well, let me tell you what it is. We are a network that’s currently focusing on Hardcore Factions, Practice and SG. We are trying to make the servers as unique as possible. This is why we need you guys. We need people who have experience in these fields that want to work together as a team and not always be fighting over different projects. 3. You must be active within the community (In-game & forums).
4. You must have extensive knowledge of the different servers we to offer.
5. You must have a clear understanding of the server rules.
6. You must not be staff elsewhere
7. You must contain the fundamentals of professionalism, teamwork, and dedication.
8. You must be able to use your own judgment when deemed fit in situations where guidelines don't exist.

I think this Server deserves way more attention than normal, because the owner has a good reputation by other Members and I feel like this server is gonna get popular because I accidently entered the server when probably one of the owners forgot to enable the whitelist. I tried the plugins of the practice and HCF. In my opinion they are really cool and different from the free common ones.

Other owner came in contact with me trying to recruit me to his staff team. Fle later tells me to apply witch I did knowing the owner were not on the same page and I just feel owners should know what's up and should be on the same page.

The main reason me replying to this thread is because your team should be on page.

We were on page, as I said, the manager wanted you to apply, it was clear you were extremely nervous and couldn't answer the questions without messing up your answer more than once.
