Fabled Realms Fantasy Server | Admin Staff (PAID)

Hello there I currently own and over-see project development on a server that is partially completed (40% near completion). I am looking for 5 other people to help manage and maintain important server decisions (similar to the administration board of a company). There are 6 other positions available that are involved in small day to day server activities.

If you take a position on the board that will grant you 7% ownership of the server and that means you will have a take of 7% of any money the server makes at the end of each month. For example if the server makes a take of £500 in one month you will take home £35. But we hope to quickly expand far beyond a measly £500 profit.

The positions taken by myself are Project Manager.

Administration positions available:

Human Resources Officer -
As the HRO of the server you will be in charge of the staff roster and be in control of staff applications. The role involves deciding who will be able to join the server as staff and whether they have the requirements to benefit the server.

Community Manager -
The community manager acts as a gateway person for the community to suggest features for the server, mostly maintaining and controlling the social media of the server. You will have be part of the administration team.

Building Supervisor -
The building supervisor is in-charge of what happens building wise on the server. You will be in control of other builders and oversee what is built and how. You must have a portfolio with previous building work.

Moderation Supervisor -
The Moderation Supervisor will be the main person in charge of moderation on the server; that means you will be in charge of normal senior moderators and normal moderators alike with a seat in administration meetings.

Development Supervisor -
Much like the Moderation Supervisor, this role will enable you to control the background development of the server. This includes plugins (old and new) and other background mechanics. You are also granted a seat in administration.

Graphical and Advertising Manager -
You are the person involved in controlling server advertisement and the server graphic design team. As this is an important role for the server you also have a seat in admin meetings.

Management positions available:

Senior Developer (X2) -
The Development Supervisors will answer to the Senior Development Supervisor but will also control day to day server development and normal developers.

Senior Moderator (X2) -
As a Moderation Supervisor, you control the main server player moderation and deal in the likes of unbans and player reports. You are also granted power over normal moderators.

Senior Architect (X2) -
As an Architect Supervisor you will decide who builds where on the server, answering to the Senior Architect Supervisor (ItsMotra) but leading normal builders of the servers build team.
