Faction Builds - Shop and Sky Spawn

Hi there MC-Market,
my names FyrGhost and I'm an Administrator on a server which I'll keep anonymous. Right now we are contemplating if we should have a "remodel" in-game. Therefore we are looking for quotes from experienced builders/ build teams who will do exceptional jobs. To keep the main description simple, we are looking for two builds. A shop and a sky-spawn. We would prefer it if the shop would be included in the spawn build, however we are very flexible. The shop must house basic "aisles" full of standard 1.7.10 items, while at the same item have some space to house our custom features. Regarding the spawn we would like a spawn high in the sky, with a drop preferably in the middle of spawn down into warzone. We are looking at having a spawn approximately 50 x 50 blocks wide. I won't disclose too much information here but any more questions please private message me.
