Faction Custom Plugin // Team Fight Type

Hello, I am looking for a custom plugin to be created. This plugin will be made for my Faction server. I don't know if this plugin is already made but if so please let me know and maybe I can pay you to config it and set it up.

Plugin:
"FactionFight"

I would like an area in my spawn where it has 4 signs. Each sign will have 4 lines:

[Map Name]
[Amount of Players 0/20]
[Join/unavailable/in session]
Team

There will be 2 team games [signs] and 2 Solo Games [Signs]

Once people click the sign they will be put on a Random team, Sun or Moon. (Blue & Red)
The game will start once 2 people join at least after 3 mins of waiting for the whole 20 people to join. they will be stuck in place till the count done is done. Then they have to pvp and each person has 3 lives but I would like it where people can have more lives such as for donors. They will be given choices for kits. They will have some kits for the Arena itself. Whichever team is the last one standing will get a big reward. Once the game ends an announcement will go off in chat saying " FactionFights: Team Blue has one! Join in next game @ /warp FactionFights "

Time: Please be as soon as possible.
Price: Please be as cheap as you can be.(Best prices get the job)

I very much doubt so, you have an array of devouches, and if you have a plugin which is better than FactionWars and you're offering to give it away for free, why not post it on Spigot?
