Totally valid point, however they lack the idea of the plugin. I am providing the layout and testing, and they are doing the coding. It is more than just me giving them an idea. Also, I've had 3 developers contact me interested in this.

Actually, there are a lot of very well developed plugins at Spigot that aren't too famous because the idea was bad. Without the right idea you won't be able to sell what so ever.

Thats why the split isn't 50/50. And, as someone who actively plays factions, and talk to friends that play factions, I am aware of what the faction community wants, compared to a developer that codes mostly mini games.

I feel like many of you are quick to judge, as you haven't heard the idea. If the plugin takes 30 minutes to develop, and you end up making $30+ wouldn't that be much better than having $0 from the 0 minutes of work?

Don't judge him that fast, these days Ideas are way worth than coding that can be learned In many sites that offer for free. anyway I hope you just didn't make this thread to offer an Idea that already has been done 50 thousand times. gl

Ideas are valued way too highly in this community. It’s not the idea that matters, it’s the implementation. Having an idea is easy. Making it a reality is far from easy.
