Faction NameTags

I have SavageFactions plugin and am using a NameTags plugin

My issue is that the one account with the aqua name has the permission for the name tag for that group (Titan). And the other account is all white with the faction tag next to it when it should be gold for the group I set it to. I want to know how I can remove the faction tag and get it so it just displays the color according to the rank.

Also anyone know how to remove the scoreboard for all users?
