Developers, I need a simple plugin done for me for a very low price. It's quite an easy plugin if you ask me but, that's developing and I can't do it myself.

Plugin Description

This plugin is on most faction servers, when you have an item in your hand and you type "[item]" in chat it says the item name when you hover the item it displays the lore on a JSON.

Commands

/itemhover reload
/itemhover (displays current version and author)

Configs

lang.yml: change what the hover is like, the way it's in chat and also the message it says when your not holding an item.
