What do you mean by 'custom faction plugin'? What do you want it to do? You want literally a 100% exact copy of an existing factions plugin for no reason? Do you have a budget? You should provide much more details.

FactionsUUID, no need to get a custom made plugin which does the same thing. Massive waste of money.
