Hello guys, so I'm trying to add a perk into my store that will allow players to keep an item even once the die.

Like when a protection crystal is applied to an item, then even after death it will be with them.
Does anyone know the name of this plugin?

Also, another question, I'm looking for a few perks for my server:
For example, if you have let's say a special item in your inventory, then you will get XP 2 times faster.
Or if you have this other special item, you will have speed.

How much will this cost me to get a developer to do for me?

I believe treasure pets has the speed and xp thing I am not 100% sure because I haven't bought it but looking at the spigot page they probably do offer it. I know for a fact that there's a free resource like that for when you die you keep the items but I can't remember it
