MUST HAVE:

Stable Playerbase

Around $1000-2000 a month in donations

Bug free

Custom Builds, Plugins, Logos, Website, etc.

Oh true, but I just need a decent server to buy tbh it doesn't really matter about the playerbase and I don't really care if it includes hosting cause I got all of that.
