Faction Server Budget 50-300 USD

Hello, I am looking to buy a faction server. These are my requirements but we can always negotiate or just ignore some of these features if you don't have it.

What am I looking FOR IMPORTANTLY:

1. Minecraft FACTION SERVER SPAWN WITH A WARZONE! (Meaning that the spawn is in the middle of the warzone and on the spawn has a warzone on all four sides spreading out.)
2. Spawn must be unique meaning it has designs or art work (PIXEL ART), place for Crates, Npc, shops, and etc...
3. Warzone must be a bit big meaning it has enough area for players to run around, hide in caves, hills, lakes, etc..... (I prefer something fantasy-ish)
4. Warps for like PVP ARENA, CHILL ZONE, MOB ARENA, SHOP, ETC...
5. FINISH CLAIMS!/WORLD Guard

What should the sever have:

1. Standard Factions plugins such as factions, vault, economy, commands, permissionex, world guard, world border and etc....
2. Anything that you would find on a functional FACTION SERVER

Not Needed:

1. NO NEED FOR BUYCRAFT
2. NO NEED FOR DISCORD
3. NO NEED FOR XENFORO
4. NO NEED FOR ARTWORK

My budget is $50 USD TO $300 Depending on how intricate the server is.
