Faction Server Creation

Hello, I plan on making a faction server but would like help. I'm a professional builder, I am a professional at groupmanager, and I have contact with a large quantity of developers. I would love for someone to come along and help me. Hopefully you all have alot to offer! I'm willing to split donations in half once the server begins to make profit, I dont want to keep the money immediately because if the server grows, then the money will need to go towards expanding it.
