According to the Spigot page where people can buy the plugin, he states that anything made in Canada is copyrighted without anyone saying so...
Haven't bought the plugin personally, and the way he treats people who can't use it to it's full effect is disgusting (IMO). He has a right to defend his plugin though, if it is actually illegal to distribute it, I'll contact the OP.
