Faction Server or PREMADE Faction Setup - Large Budget

I am currently looking for either an already established faction server or a faction setup which is pre-made and exclusive. I am not looking for someone, or a company, to create me a setup as I could easily find a company to do that. I do have a relatively large budget and I purely just created this account to find what I am looking for, and once I do so, I will not be using Mc-Market that much. So please disregard the fact that I do not have a reputation on here, as I do have a reputation in the Minecraft community. Please note that just because I am a new user on here that doesn't automatically make me a scammer or someone who can't afford to have a big budget. Not everyone who is reputable in the Minecraft community and has money is a member on MCM.

I would rather not say, as most people will most likely just increase their asking price if they know I have more than their original want was.

What part? The fact that I am a new member on MCM and want to purchase a server? The part that someone with no reputation on MC-Market has a big budget? I have news for you, not every person who is in the Minecraft community is a member on MCM. Someones reputation on MCM isn't the defining factor determining who someone is and their prior successes. Just saying.
