Faction server Suggestions.

I need some suggestions for faction a server.
Suggestions like something unique that other factions servers might not have or do have.

Sick bosses that spawn on altars -- maybe a system that lets you upgrade armor tiers [each tier upgraded allows two more custom enchants to be added or something (This includes weapons as well)] :] You can get tiers from doing faction missions to make it harder or something.

- This was something that just came into my head, may need to be custom coded
