Faction Server Unique Spawn!

Hello guys! I am going to be selling a unique faction server spawn equipped with a Crate Area, ender chest, pvp drop down zones on the outside. And overall just a brilliant A+ faction spawn! Before I tell further details, here is the pricing.

Starter Bid: 2.50$

Bid Increasement: 1$

What you will get: Spawn map via mediafire link or skype. Assistance copying pasting it into the server and other assistance with building/adding on to it if you want.

If you want, I can go onto your server with you and assist you with copying the spawn in and making it look natural, I would be willing to build around the pvp area outside of spawn with you, for free. I would be willing to even copy and paste it and terraform it. I would be willing to help you build a shop with it. The shop is not made since some servers use /shop and I will build one for free if you need me to.

You can edit the spawn and change anything, you don't even need to keep a sign that says who built it if you really don't want to. You can set spawn point anywhere. The spawn doesn't even need to be for factions, but I think it's best built for that.

This spawn is a well size spawn for a faction server equipped with every utensil people usually find in spawns. There won't be any hassle trying to figure out the best spot to put a ender chest or crafting table, we did all of that!

Once again, I will be willing to assist you and even add onto it if you need help building a small quick potion shop outside right at the drop off, or if you need help making the warzone look unique, I can do that!

I will not be willing to let you onto my private server to view the spawn, I am afraid of World Downloader Modders. You may not use one, but incase you do I will not be letting you onto it. Sorry!

This spawn was built by my friends and I, I did not do all the work, but I was the supervisor and I was the ideaist who thought of trying to make some cash from our buildings. The money will be sent to one paypal.
