Faction server with custom enchants Almost fully setup

Almost everything is done accept for a few miner things. Also there is not a website or buy craft included.

Things Not done:
- Crates are broken
- Website/buycraft
- There is no shop
- A way to give out custom enchants
- Kits
Things that are Done
- The basic faction Group manager permissions (obscure plugins are not done)
- Most plugins
- Logo
- Basically everything else
- Custem Spawn

If you're interested here is an ip to join: 167.114.43.186 it can be set to 1.8 or 1.9 right now it's on 1.9 (Sorry if you have to relog)
