Ok so i have some money and i want to buy a good set up for a faction server!!

Is not sure that i will buy something i just want to see the price..

Ok so want CC crates, bosses , custom enchants, Koths, a good cannon plugin that makes cannon work smooth.. and tags, rank notes, perks how much all this set up will sell for??

If you're okay with a premade one I would suggest this setup by Nekio http://www.mc-market.org/resources/4256/
I think it would be good for you since it got the features you asked for + many more and I'm sure it'll suit your budget :)
