Player base: 35-50
Webiste: I do not need or want a website for this.
The server can NOT be OP.
Good non OP donation ranks
The server can't be pay 2 win
Very good Spawn/PvP arena
Cool unique name for the server

My budget: N/A
The price will all depend on your donations and what time you peak at.

First, what do you mean by "$7000 server"?
Secondly, a playerbase of 35-70 would require a pretty penny, probably around $400 at the bare minimum.

What I mean.. I have no budget.
