There are thousands of faction servers the same, please do some unique if you're considering making one.

Yes, I'm aware. I will be making something unique on the server infact many things.

I always put it in letter format. If you check most of my comments/ posts I do.

I'd suggest playing a few with the type of people you want playing your server, whether that's a big factions or smaller factions, after a month or so you see what's wrong with servers and what different servers get right.
In my opinion as someone who's played and managed factions for 4 ish years now I'd say main problems on servers are:

• Crap staff that can't SS
• Crappy Cannoning Jar's (Yes beerspig is crap)
• Cannoning and Base rules made by people that have never made a cannon
• Imbalance of MCMMO and CE leading to crap PVP
• poor hopper optimisation which ends up lagging the crap out of a server
• servers that want to have a big ftop to attract players so they inflate it with buycraft and devalue the purchases of the players who actually donate
• Servers who offer huge ftops as a means of attracting players when every other server offers the same set of ridiculous figures and none end up paying out when you might as well just put it into advertising

Been a hell of a long time since I've seen any server that's got all of that lot right
