Faction Setup

Hi MC-Market, I'm new to this forum but I've been around in the community for a long time now.

I am looking for a very well rounded Faction server with an OP feel, but still with a balanced economy. I will have the builds taken care of, I am only in need of a full plugin setup.

Experience is very important to me, anyone can throw together a server and make a quick buck, however when said server is put into production you can meet a lot of challenges if you haven't done your homework. I'm not able to spend the tedious hours working on Factions right now, so I'm hoping to hire somebody that can.

Budget will totally depend on experience level, I am picky on what plugins are used so I'll outline mostly what I want and you'll just need to set everything up. Preferably I would like a setup that's already been tested with players and formed to my needs.(I'm speaking mainly on the economy side of things here) However I'm very flexible.
