This is my plugin Faction Shields. This plugin allows your players to purchase shields for their claims to protect them from raiding. There are tons of features in this plugin so please keep reading for more information and pictures!

Commands:
/f shield : Opens shield shop.
/f shield remove : Removes your current faction shield.

I think im missing the concept here, but dont faction claims already allow you to not be raided unless you get cannoned?

This prevents TNT explosions (cannoning) in your territory while your shield is active. People can shoot as much TNT as they want at your base but if the shield is active nothing will happen.

Also Cloth although this plugin seems cool at first, it causes a lot of issues

Imagine TheArchon are using this. TheCampingRusher is one wall from being raided. Ben has spent $100000000 on tnt ect, Rusher comes home, wacks on the immunity and repairs his walls.

Very cool and interesting concept.

But what about abuse for this? You should implement faction cooldowns so that this can't be used over and over again, maybe a week or something, use a library like Joda for this.

Also maybe have notifications for surrounding users of the base that it is being shielded? Maybe some particle effects that go around the chunks?

Thanks, really appreciate it. I'd love to give you a code review. Also, there is a configurable cooldown that the owner can set to prevent factions continuously shielding their base.

I'm not the Developer however I highly doubt that you guys came up with practically the same idea at the same time.

I got the idea from an individual who contacted me via. Spigot looking for this as an exclusive plugin. He changed his mind and I decided to create it anyway as I thought it was a great idea. Although I agree, it's extremely weird that he created the same exact thing just moments after me.
