Faction Spawn(Doesn't have to be prebuilt)

I have no idea what to write on these threads D:

I'm looking for someone who can build (or has built) a faction spawn that meets these requirements:

Around 300x300 Blocks (preferably in multiples of 16)
To be made up of walls and an inner building with a decent interior (enough space for a decent shop).
Layout to be similar to mc.dancraft.net (Faction server ofc)

Preferably on an island(floating) but I can always make an island for it myself.

Don't really want to spending above $80, but will do if needed.
