Faction Spawn

Greetings,
I need a faction spawn doing that's 60*60 with a warzone that stretches
100*100. I need the spawn modern and the warzone, modern but a wasteland with some structures. I can only provide $25 but in total spawn shall be 160*160
I would like to have it done it then sent it via world save.
