Faction Starter Kit

I am thinking about starting a faction server here soon, but my fear is people will join the server and find the starter kit is rather to op or complete garbage, so I am requesting the help of MCM to kind of gauge the audience to see what they would rather play on, and the following are just ideas...

Starter Kit:
Iron Armor - Protection 1
Iron Sword - Sharpness 1
Iron Tools - Efficiency 1
32 Steak
16 Apples
8 Diamonds
17 Wood
(What else) or change up completely

Tank Kit:
Diamond Armor - No Enchants.
Diamond Sword - No enchants
2 Golden Apples - Not notch apples

Weekly Kit:
Iron Armor - Protection 1 Unbreaking 1
Iron Sword - Sharpness 1 Unbreaking 1
Iron Tools - Efficiency 1 Unbreaking 1
2 Golden Apples
16 Diamonds
16 Obsidian
1 Speed 1 Potion

Thoughts on these, are they garbage or not?

Why’s it 17 wood? Just give them 32.

Yeah, I goofed and put the ID of wood rather than number... 17 is stupid odd lol
