Hey there my friends and I are looking to buy a faction server or any server (as long as it has factions). We would be using this as our company's public minecraft server. You are not allowed to sell premium plugins.

You can keep the configs but not the plugin. It is illegal as you are making money from other's work.

Yes, I know it's illegal to sell plugin but what I don't know is when you sell a server with premium plugins in it. So I will remove the jars and keep the config.
