I am an owner of the server called FactionHQ. We are currently looking for experienced staff members to help us. We are looking for individuals who are active, respectful, patient, and also have comp factions knowledge of course! We will also be opening another factions realm soon!
FactionHQ is a competitive factions Minecraft server with tons of potential. I solo own FactionHQ and are dedicated to the server and only want to grow more! The staff team we currently have has been doing an amazing job, this post is more onto about expanding into a bigger team overall. We have had 3 successful competitive faction maps release at a solid TPS @ 20 the entire time through-out the map. I'm very fair with my team and paid positions are open to take. All staff members are only allowed to staff on the FactionHQ server. We do not allow double staffing.
Staff Team Ranks
Helper - Mute/warn players, General support within game (Helpers do not have access to tickets as they are a player on the network and could leak a ticket / strike report / player report therefore we don't allow them to view or support in tickets this role is based on in game chat moderation and helper players answer the questions they ask) Helpers are ALLOWED to play factions with the community. NOT A PAID POSTION
Mod - Mute/warn and unmute players, General support (Tickets, Support calls, ETC.) - Mods are NOT ALLOWED to play factions with the community. Moderators can look into any suspicious players on the server meaning they can investigate a player breaking rules or cheating on the network. They do need to be screen share verified meaning that they can not freeze any player without having that role. This is to ensure our players safety and the moderators. They need to report to higher staff if they feel something is up with a player or they figure out a situation that just doesn't seem to be right then therefore a higher staff member will look into it and report back to make sure everything is good on the server. IS A PAID POSTION BUT IT GOES OFF IF YOU GET INTO THE TOP 5 STAFF (THE TOP 5 STAFF GETS ANNOUNCED EACH MAP ENDING)
Sr.Mod - Bans/Screen shares players. General support (Tickets, Support calls, ETC.) - Sr.Mods are NOT ALLOWED to play factions with the community. Sr.Moderators can look into any suspicious players on the server meaning they can investigate a player breaking rules or cheating on the network. They do need to be screen share verified meaning that they can not freeze any player without having that role. This is to ensure our players safety and the moderators. They need to report to higher staff if they feel something is up with a player or they figure out a situation that just doesn't seem to be right then therefore a higher staff member will look into it and report back to make sure everything is good on the server. The difference between a Mod and a Sr.Mod is that Sr.Mods do have more responsibility by taking charge of situations over a Moderator. Jr.Admin - Teaching lower staff. Deals with rollback and factions issues. General support (Tickets, Support calls, ETC.) Jr.Admins are NOT ALLOWED to play factions with the community. This role is extremely important just as any of the other administrative roles every decision needs to be protected with backup. If you physically don't have enough proof to back up something you have done or going to do then you cannot do what you want to do. Any rollbacks and faction issues need to be addressed correctly and properly if you find your self in this position and not sure what to do NEVER make the bold move on just doing what you think is best this is why there is higher staff for you to report to for help and there is always someone available. IS A PAID POSTION
Admin - Teaching lower staff. Deals with rollback and factions issues. General support (Tickets, Support calls, Etc.) Admins are NOT ALLOWED to play factions with the community. This role is to make sure that all Jr.Admins are doing the correct job this role doesn't really intake on much to do it's more just making sure every decision is correct with strike votes / roll back votes / faction issues and any staff issues that occur. Once again they also can report higher to ask for help if needed. IS A PAID POSTION
Sr.Admin - Helps look over the staff, reports to Managers/Owners about game bugs and staff issues. Sr.Admins are NOT ALLOWED to play factions with the community. This role also helps teaching lower staff as well as dealing with roll backs / faction issues / staff issues. IS A PAID POSTION
Managers - Helps look over the staff alongside the Sr.Admins, reports to the Owner/Developer with game bugs and staff issues. Managers are NOT ALLOWED to play factions with the community. IS A PAID POSTION
