factions 1.14

Why is there no factions servers that are 1.14? I haven't played mc in a while so im not sure if mojang broke factions or anything

also would it be smart to make a faction server for 1.14?

i’m pretty sure it’s due to the reason posted above.
but isn’t there a large percentage of users who prefer old PVP over the newer PVP? that could be contributing to the lack of 1.14 servers along with performance issues.

Ik bestle and that have been working pretty hard for a while on gontroller and getting shit to 1.14. It's just a big ass mountain to climb.
