I have a very high quality spawn for sale today. It was made for a factions server, but you can probably use it for multiple types of servers. I am now going to be selling this as a non-exclusive build.

Don't take this as rude,

This is quite overpriced don't get me wrong amazing spawn and amazing builders but the price doesn't match watch it looks like (Well reselling on MCM atleast) If this was made exclusive of course its gonna cost more first time what doesn't; But after something has sold once it never keeps the same value (Builds).

Well, it was bought for quite a bit higher, from a highly vouched build team. I'll lower the BIN, and if that doesn't work, I'll sell non-exclusive copies.

n0tzach It is his thread so he should be able to price things the way that he wants. If they sell or if they don't sell is fully dependent on him and the rest of the community deciding whether or not to purchase.
