the factions and skyblock need to be like red skyblock and blue skyblock or Jungle factions and forest factions
My sever I'm selling has around 5 on at all times and can be easily boosted with the right advertising.

I want one thats already setup with a playerbase
If your budget is $300 you can probably get one of those 2 servers with 5ish players. Also keep in mind that most of the time a server is sold the players leave, especially smaller communities with 5-20 (sometimes even more) players since they are usually close with the owner and once the owner leaves they leave too. So you could be paying extra for a playerbase that you won't even keep long.

It might even be hard to find a dedicated 20+ player base with $700. It's not because of the player base, it's because of the donations; why would someone sell a 20+ server for $700 when they're making more in donations a month. This may be invalid if you find the right person.
