Factions Base Build

Okay, I'm looking for a Factions base design world file.

The base will be 32x32 (2x2 chunks) inside with an obsidian box + glitch layer.

The base can be as high as needed (prefer no more than 200 block but can be if needed.)

Between each floor, there will be an obsidian layer to prevent people creeper egging through layers.

I need a iron golem farm (32x32x40), creeper/zombie pigman farm (32x32x40), blaze grinder (32x32x25) with enchanting table + bookshelves + storage space. 4 separated storage rooms (16x16x15), master storage room (32x32x?) (you decide height) most chests not water protected and some chests non creeper eggable.

The theme will be a nature theme with trees grass ect. Must look nice, MQ (Medium quality) would be fine.

Budget $10 (negotiable)

Payment: PayPal F&F. I will pay you 50% first, you build the base, you show me screenshots, I pay you other 50%, you send over the world file.
