Factions-Based Outpost Plugin

Hello Everyone,

Merry Christmas! I am currently looking for help with a factions based outpost plugin. This plugin is pretty much going to act as if it is a normal outpost plugin, but just be able to be used with factions. Example: ({Faction} has begun capturing the outpost) Imstead of just having it be a player-based outpost.
This plugin would also include rewards per faction.
This could include things like:
Double sell price with sell wands
Increased spawner rates
