There are 2 problems that might prevent you from getting lots of people reacting to this.
First, we do not know how successful your server is or will be. 7% could be $7 per month or $70 per month, we have no idea.
That's the first gamble.
Second, there is no way to guarantee you will pay up. No matter how honest you actually are, most people here have seen too much shit to take that risk. Even a contract won't help a lot, since the money involved is not worth going to court over. Contracts are only useful to cover your ass when payments are actually made, then charged back.
these are the risks people would take to build for you. I say you're better off trying to get someone to build for you for free via PMC. Much more chance of success, even if the builds will be lesser quality.
