Factions Builds

[Andestite]

Hello MC-Market,

Today I am requesting the following builds:

- Factions spawn, 175x175, winter-medieval themed, symmetrical medieval towers at all four sides, gracious (detailed) indoor spawn area, center medieval tower, glass on the outline of the spawn where player's drop down, and where they can also buy potions. Spawn should be 20 blocks above the ground, with detailed base.

- WarZone, 200 blocks outward in each direction of the spawn, custom terrain surrounding it so that players can't leave, detailed ground, additional design elements, an ice ravine, and a winter-medieval pillared KoTH somewhere in the area.

- PvP Arena, 300x300, winter-medieval themed, with custom terrain surrounding it so players can't get out, detailed ground, and scattered winter-medieval themed towers, ice trees, and other detailed elements, such as a spawn area where you can buy potions and drop down to a 1-block high water pit with a detailed outline, like a well, but 1 block deep.

- Shop, 100x100, winter-medieval themed, indoors, detailed, with 2 floors, and a sign that says "Shop."

- Drop Party, 75x75, winter-medieval themed, indoors, with dispensers on the ceiling and a sign that says "Drop Party."

- Warp Jail, 50x100, winter-medieval themed, indoors, narrow and rectangular, with 24 jail cells, 12 on the bottom floor and 12 at the top, also a sign that says "Jail."

His builder friend is apparently willing to build everything listed for him for $65, so unless you're willing to go below that I wouldn't bother contacting him.

The Builds would total near $200 if you are to get them of good quality. $65 would not only waste the time of the builder but wouldn't be worth the amount of effort put in....
If you are really considering this i would re-consider the budget you offer

Dude, if you have a builder willing to build all this for that price and think his build quality is sufficient, don't waste your time here. You may BARELY be able to get all that non-exclusively for a price like that on here, but definitely not custom made. And then to think that Mc-market is quite cheap by building community standards.
If you think his quality is NOT sufficient, idk why you'd even bring him up, if you want higher quality you generally need to spend more money.
