I’m just looking for a cannoning spigot jar that is good at optimising cannons and keeping TPS smooth and at 20.

What is "Cannon Spigot"? Do you mean Cannon jar?

Check out Beer "BeerSpigot" I have personally used this jar, cannons works good, my server never had any issues relating to the jar.
