Factions Custom Plugin needed

Hello, looking if someone will create a plugin or let me know if this plugin is already made.

My server is factions and wanted to get a plugin where Wild animals are in the woods and when people kill them they get money and food. Also with big wild animals, people sometimes could get a voting key with a small chance.

Such as Bears, Lions, Sharks, ECT.

Would be nice if someone could for a vouch copy.
