Hello mcm,
I have been looking for a few weeks now for a suitable developer for my server. Most developers that I have had in the past have managed time poorly and cannot truly devote effort and time into making the server their personal project. I am hiring a developer for my server to work on some technical tasks such as permissions, configurations, plugin development. It is crucial for anyone who is thinking about taking up this position that they are experienced, willing to brainstorm and build upon ideas, have fluid communication, willing to devote time to developing the server, and needs to have experience and previous work with server. This is a payed position, based on effort, communication, content, and the overall additions that they add to the server. We can talk about a pay schedule works for you. The server that I am opening is a faction server. More content will be shared once I come in contact with them.
